Her background spans multiple industries—including manufacturing, consumer products, food and beverage, mining, metals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare—where she has led transformative projects in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), ERP implementation, inventory optimization, and strategic sourcing. Tara has successfully guided organizations through challenges such as divestitures, underdeveloped supply chain structures, and master data governance gaps, consistently achieving results such as $15M in inventory savings, $2M in sourcing efficiencies, and significant improvements in on-time and in-full delivery. 

Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and designing sustainable processes, Tara combines hands-on operational knowledge with a pragmatic approach to change management.
