As a Supply Chain Manager at Procter & Gamble for 22 years, Tracy has extensive experience leading transformational change by delivering complex programs across functions and geographies. Tracy values the team approach and consistently demonstrates the ability to collaborate with others, from the board room to the shop floor, with strong communication skills and supply chain expertise.

Tracy led Logistics operations for the P&G Manufacturing Site in Saigon, Vietnam. Under her leadership, increased effectiveness with standard work processes for Warehousing, Receiving, Supplier Improvement (including printed packaging) and Production Planning, during a time of 50% business growth. A capacity analysis tool was developed to predict timing of new warehouse construction, staffing and equipment requirements. She also led the Iowa City, Iowa Logistics operations for P&Gs largest Beauty Care Manufacturing Site in North America. She managed over 100 managers and technicians in Warehouse, Supplier Management and Production Planning.

Skilled in Sales & Operations Planning, category and supply planning, logistics, operations, packaging artwork development and all related information systems, Tracy has consistently delivered service, cost and cash savings to drive top and bottom line results. Tracy served 5 years in the US Navy as a Supply Corps Officer with Procurement Certification as well as serving on board ships. She is known for being a decisive leader, inclusive, and collaborative.
