Dawn Garibaldi to be Inducted into the Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame

Laguna Beach, CA — Zinata, Inc. is thrilled to announce that Dawn Garibaldi, Executive Coach and Consultant, has been named as one of 12 outstanding leaders who make up the 2025 class of Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame inductees.

The Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame was created in 2019 by the Women in Manufacturing Association (WiM) to recognize those who have made, or are making, significant contributions to the manufacturing industry while supporting, promoting, and inspiring other women in manufacturing.

“As we celebrate the 15th anniversary of Women in Manufacturing, we’re proud to announce the 2025 class of Hall of Fame inductees,” said Allison Grealis, WiM President and Founder. “The outstanding women in this year’s class have not only advanced excellence in manufacturing but have also paved the way for future generations through their leadership and dedication to building more inclusive workplaces. Their impact exemplifies the very mission WiM has championed for the past 15 years.”

Inductees were nominated by their colleagues and industry peers and selected by a judging panel of WiM Executive Committee Board Members. The inductees were chosen based on their significant contributions to the advancement of women in manufacturing.

“Dawn embodies everything Zinata stands for – the belief that transformational change happens when we invest in people first,” said Andy Durrant, President of Zinata. “Her recognition as a Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame inductee reflects not only her exceptional expertise in executive coaching and manufacturing transformation, but also her unwavering commitment to empowering others to reach their full potential. At Zinata, we’ve seen firsthand how Dawn’s people-centric approach drives real, lasting change in manufacturing operations. This honor is well-deserved, and we’re incredibly proud to have her as part of the Zinata Community.”

Dawn, along with the rest of the class of 2025, will be officially welcomed to the Hall of Fame with recognition during the 15th annual WiM SUMMIT conference, taking place from October 12-14 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL.
