With 30+ years in Supply Chain, Carol has witnessed the success of aligning decisions and activities against a common set of objectives and a common strategy governed by the Integrated Business Planning process. Driven by the belief that “you can’t improve what you can’t see” she is devoted to making the supply chain “visible”.
Carol has worked for 16 years as a Supply Chain Consultant and 17 years in the Supply Chain Industry. She was a trusted advisor for Fortune 500 companies such as Procter & Gamble, Merck and Schneider-Electric during her consulting career with Kinaxis, a software company. She has worked with many companies at different stages of maturity witnessing their challenges and advising on opportunities to transform their supply chain. While at Sanmina-SCI and Nortel, Carol was a Supply Chain Leader managing a team through a transition from functional planning roles to a customer focused cross functional business unit resulting in service, cost and flexibility improvements. Carol was responsible for the end to end Value Chain from Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Cost, Quality and Delivery.
Carol is well respected among her clients and peers. She attributes this to her unique experience of having been a supply chain practitioner ‘walked in your shoes’ as well as having had the privilege of working with 100+ companies as a consultant in the software industry. Carol emphasizes the need for leading employees through change and educating them on ‘Why’.
